2. Eligibility

3. Products & Pricing

We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. Bloom & Ember reserves the right to correct errors, modify product information, or cancel orders due to pricing mistakes.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Floral arrangements are final sale. Non-floral items may be returned within 14 days (15% restocking fee applies).

7. Warranty

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement if approved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom & Ember shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
